We use 3D imaging and digital scanning to get a complete picture of your oral health from day one, rather than piecing things together over multiple visits. From there, Dr. Patel or Dr. Waringa will walk you through what they find in plain language, answer your questions, and outline any recommended next steps, without pressure to commit on the spot.
If you are anxious about the visit itself, let our team know when you book. We offer a full range of sedation options, and our office is designed with comfort in mind from the reception area to the treatment chair, including streaming entertainment, warm blankets, and a warm towel when your appointment wraps up.

What to Bring to Your First Visit
Preparing for your first appointment is simple. Bringing a few important items with you will help us verify your information, understand your health history, and make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible.
- Completed new patient forms. You can also email your new patient forms to info@sumnerdentalgroup.com.
- Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
- Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
