Daily oil pulling is used to lessen oral bacteria, plaque, and gingivitis. To reduce the prevalence of plaque and gingivitis-causing Streptococcus mutants, you can use oil pulling with sesame oil.

One tablespoon of coconut oil is all needed to begin oil pulling; simply put the oil in your mouth and swish it back and forth between your teeth for a few minutes. Everyone can benefit from oil pulling because it is a harmless practice.

  1. Brush with Baking Soda

Since it may whiten teeth naturally, baking soda is a vital component of many toothpaste brands. It’s mildly abrasive. Thus it can remove tooth discoloration.

The safety of hydrogen peroxide is being questioned, and this fact should be considered. While a diluted dosage is risk-free, excessive string usage might cause dental sensitivity and gum discomfort.

For safe application, dilute hydrogen peroxide to a concentration of either 1.5% or 3%. Use it as a mouthwash before you clean your teeth for an extra fresh feeling.
